This NW style non-soured blond coffee stout is a one-off straight from the brewery. Featuring 1-1/4 pounds per barrel of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (ur-ga-chef) single origin coffee beans, roasted locally by Oblique Coffee Roasters, it was aged 85 days in Jim Beam barrels.
