This NW style sour blond ale is a young Pinot Gris single barrel project from cellarman Kevin Martin. At first, you’ll notice aromas of pear, apple cider and honeydew. Sweet golden candy and cider notes on the palate follow, leading to a slightly sweet finish that lingers.
