Barrel Aged Sour Beer. Inspired by both the drink and song, Gin and Juice is a blend of blond and wheat ales aged in oak wine barrel for 12 months, then infused with gin botanicals and blended with fresh orange juice. This limited draft project features flavors or orange, juniper berry, coriander and lavender with a refreshingly tart snap.
