Another expensive beer from Cascade, but another that was worth every cent. Took a leap of faith with this bottle as they were not serving this at the pub at the time. Significantly better than the very nice kriek. Elegant is the first word that comes to mind. Very refined and decadent even for a sour, but not at the expense of the funk. Fruity, but not very sweet. Adequately sour with lots of lingering oak. Deeelicious.
