This live NW style sour ale is a wheat beer that was barrel aged for 12 months before additionally aging on noyaux shells for a week. Sweet notes of orchard blossoms and almond aromas are the first to be noticed. Light, tropical fruit notes with hints of lightly toasted almonds lead to a sweet, tart finish.
