This is a once-in-a-lifetime beer from the house of sour brewers. This NW style sour blends tripels and strong blondes that were lacticly fermented and aged more than a year with blackberries in oak. We then did as secondary inoculation with a recently isolated plumbers strain of Brett called Beckamoyces Aasskraquii. Some sour cherries were blended in to give this beer some pucker. This is a rare beer; once it's gone, it's gone.

Another killer sour beer I tried at the Barrel House today. This one had a hazy, dark orange color with little foam and a tiny bit of lacing. Had a sour, dark fruit aroma that wasn't to strong. Thin medium body. Not as sour as some of their others but lots of mild flavor and very well balanced. Darn easy to drink. Now I've had Aasskraquii lol
