This NW style sour wheat ale was barrel aged four months with spices, but no apples. Aromas of soft cinnamon, spice and fruity apple notes are noticed up front. Lush apple flesh and bright cinnamon roll across the palate, leading to a sweet, crisp apple tart finish. No apples were harmed in the making of this beer!

Hard to beleive there is no actual apple in this beer when smelling or tasting it. Not exploding with apple juice flavor or anything, but there is definitely more than hints of apple there. Cinnoman too, with a light to medium tartness that is very pleasant and compliments the beer well.
