En stærk øl af Barley Wine typen. Rund, blød og næsten som en cognac. Den er udelukkende brygget af malt og humle og har derfor en særdeles kraftig og intens smag af ølbrygningens hovedingredienser. Har lagret minimum et år, og øllene kan derefter gemmes i op til ti år. Den lange lagring giver øllen en rund fylde og afrunder alkoholsmagen. Kan serveres som aperitif eller til en kop kaffe i stil med en cognac. Nydes ved 8-10 grader.

    Amber colour, slightly hazy and a small white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast, malts and grass. Flavour is alcohol, caramel, fruits and cereals. Alcohol gives a nice warming touch. Very wineish and warming thing.

    the head is 1 cm with heavy laces, the color is cloudy orange with yeast bits, the aroma is balanced spicy with some malts, the feel is fresh and biting and quite broad, the taste is malts with a semibitter hops and a nice rounded caramel in the end
