Barley Wine fermented with saison yeast and aged for one year in Marsala wine barrels. The same basis of El Fernando with a very different evolution given by the cask of Marsala, leaving it to breathe in the nose stand out hints of raisins and plum. Great balance despite the degree of alcohol. Charming. Malts: Crystal Maris Otter Hops: East Kent Golding
