Barley Wine made with malt Maris Otter and hops East Kent Golding, then aged for one year in barrels of Porto. Compared to the other two fermented with Saison yeast, despite being the most alcoholic version presents on the whole a lot of balance. Fruits and wood are the master both on the nose and in the mouth. Exemplary. Malt: Crystal Maris Otter Hops: East Kent Golding

Pours clear mahogany with a decent beige head. Aroma generates caramel, boozy, toasted malt and tart fruity tones. Flavor adds caramel, spice, booze, tart fruit, toasty malt. Texture furnishes decent body and lively fizz. I hope that I can catch the other angles of this Trinidad.
