A pale, golden quaffing ale with excellent flavours for its strength. Pleasingly hoppy throughout without being aggressive and also possessing of a fine aroma. The finish is dry with a small twist of sweetness at the end.

I just found my beer journal from 2007/8 when I was living in London. I remember having this for the first time on a B road just off Droxford in the south. Really grassy english style IPA. Aptly named, and if I owned a pub in a business district I would have this on tap always. IBU 35ish, right in the middle, fairly thin but nothing watery about it. Touch of bittering hop, and a touch of what could be wheat in the malt. Gone. Swift one.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, mediumsized white bubbly head. Aroma is earth, hops and some grassy and spicy hints. Flavoiur is yeasty, hoppy fruits and some slight milder spices.
