A traditional English Style Barleywine with caramel sweet, toasty malt, black cherry and black currant flavors derived not from specialty malts, but from a five hour boil, Northern Brewer hops, and a flavorful English Ale yeast. With traditional barleywine low carbonation levels, these flavors will develop across the palate with every sip. Aged over one year in charred oak barrels.

Pours clear copper with a thin head. Aroma offers apple, red wine and woody notes. Flavor ramps up the woody note, while the malty, apple and wine notes are still strong. Body is OK, fizz is strong. Feel big and tall!
