Tasted on cask at the 2004 Pizza Port Real Ale Festival. Orange gold color. Medium white head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied bitter. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly bitter. Fairly smooth tasting and somewhat sweet. Nicely balanced. Soft carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet

This brew pours with an amber-orange body topped by a thick creamy head with a good amount of lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet and slightly sour with slight citrus notes and a touch of bread. The flavor is sweet and malty with fruity notes and a hint of piney bitterness. Light to medium bodied and smooth.
