    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

Pint can pours with a near clear copper body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up booze, bourbon, a bit of candied bourbon and plum. The taste delivers smooth sweet plum juiciness enhanced slick smooth bourbon. To midway the bourbon is wrapped in a thin layer of sweet nuttiness. This is drinking smooth as the nut addition has provided an almost savory smooth mouthfeel, really smooth and slick with some body for a barrel aged beer. Be nice to try with the barrel treatment dailed back a bit. Still a great sipper.
