11.2oz bottle pours fairly clear brown mahogany colored body that supports a thin light tan head of. The aroma offers up plum nuanced cognac flowing into a bit of oak, molasses and dates. The taste delivers smooth sweet plums and figs dark fruity esters and then picking up some spicy oak covered thinly in vanilla. To midway and into the finish thin notes of boozy cognac, molasses and toffee are noticed. This is a nicely balanced sipping experience.
