33cl bottle pours with a clear deep red amber body that supports a thin light tan head. The aroma offers up nice malt sweetened plums and cherries as well as some caramel and then muted sweetened vague bitter resiny hoppiness. The taste is nice and rich and fairly creamy too. I get a pleasing mix of resiny pine hops sweetened smoothly with malts, mild caramel, sweet smooth cherry and plum notes but still this is largely bitter with hops. Yeah, this works. It gets a tad juicy with malt sweetened flavor notes here and there and it ends smooth with a lingering malt sweetened pine hop and cirrus hoppiness that makes me want to take another sip. Dang. This is solid. I could drink this all the time.
