Our take on an English Barleywine aged in a Peach Brandy cask made of American oak from Kelvin's Cooperage and held our barleywine for 10 months. Simple mash of 2 row and English crystal malts boiled long and fermented with an English yeast. Sweet peach tea flavors with liqueur notes boasting a full bodied finish. Blended for the first anniversary for Ad Astra Prescott. 100 bottles made
