Our take on an English Barleywine aged in Buffalo Trace Mash 1 cask that previously held Bliss Maple syrup for 2 years and held our barleywine for 10 months, blended with our Peach Brandy cask. Then we conditioned on vanilla and cinnamon. Simple mash of 2 row and English crystal malts boiled long and fermented with an English yeast. Maple Peach cobbler feels and great balance of barrels and adjuncts. Blended for the first anniversary for Ad Astra Prescott. Launch Crew exclusive. 70 bottles made.
