Our take on an English Barleywine aged in Buffalo Trace Mash 1 cask that previously held Bliss Maple syrup for 2 years and held our barleywine for 10 months. Simple mash of 2 row and English crystal malts boiled long and fermented with an English yeast. Sweet maple and robust bourbon notes with full bodied finish. Blended for the first anniversary for Ad Astra Prescott. 100 bottles made.
