A Belgian-style Trippel, but with a hint of India. Light spiced with Indian coriander, cardamom and Indonesian black peppercorns and then brewed with carmelized palm sugar and coconut palm sugar. Gold, smooth and delicious.

Pours slightly hazy apricot with a nice fine-bubbled pale buff head. Aroma presents banana, mango, hoppy and malty tones. Delightful flavor echoes the aroma and tosses more fruit into the mix, as well as a note of honey and a bit more hops. It is sweet, but not too much so. Texture features decent body and a fizz that is not strong but lasts. Belgium, meet India.
