We love working and learning from our friends, we've been lucky to call Ehren Schmidt, the Master Blender at Mikkeller Baghaven, our friend and learning new things from him. This beer not only features a wild yeast blend from Ehren's own cultures but was barrel-fermented in freshly emptied wine barrels and then aged on a blend of raspberries and blackberries. American/Danish wild ale fermented and aged in white wine barrels with blackberries and raspberries.
