A 100% barrel aged Brett Beer brewed with a witbier yeast, barrel & bottle fermented with wild yeast. Aged for 15 months in barrel. Funky Phoque came to be when our Brew Hub explained how he had always wanted to do a beer called “phoque” but wasn’t allowed because of the bureaucracy of his previous brewery. At 2nd Shift, we clearly don’t give a phoque.
