Small Tank Project Series: this is a strange brew from a strange brewer. Containing three varieties of rye, the beer is as viscous as motor oil - just how we like it. We used rye whiskey barrels from high west distillery in Park City, Urah and aged the beer for six months at temperatures that weren’t exactly by the book. It’s anything but ordinary, just like Bobby.

Seemingly hoppier in the nose than it really is thanks to shit tons of rye. Really nice beer at 10+%. Complex malts and spice, some earthy hops, and an increasing rye whiskey barrel presence as the beer warms. I really liked this one.
