Something funky this way comes. What an odd beer. 13%, but you can't tell. Overpoweringly sweet with a flavor aspect that I couldn't quite put a finger on, but couldn't ignore either, that made this one a total miss for me. Nice color, low carbonation, ok body. I like sweet barleywines (see Anchor Old Foghorn & Alaskan) but this one was too much. Unbalanced and just weird tasting.
