Only served at Marie Clarisse (a restaurant in Old Quebec City), it took me 6 years to track this beer down. Very light, almost lemony colored with an outstanding head (very thick, but not heavy...more 'fluffy') that stayed through the last swallow. Has a crisp citrus flavor and the aroma is a nice mix between hoppy and citrus with neither overpowering the other. If you're in the area, well worth going to Marie Clarisse for the food and especially this hard to find gem.

Translated, 'Eau Benite' means 'Holy Water', and drinking this...I must agree. A great summer beer, it's very light and not to sharp. It has just a little touch of citrus as a contrast to an almost toffee flavor. Nice aroma, but it seems to dissipate to quickly. One of my personal favorites.

Not Unibroue's best effort, but a far cry better than many other ales. Nutty color, and a head that lasts while not being very thick. The scent upon first pouring reminds me a bit of autumn (hope that makes sense, because I can't really place what it is) and it goes down well.

Very fruity and tart, but as the temperature rises (towards room temp) they both mellow out to provide a very nice contrast to an otherwise yeasty beer. The head was as thick as I've ever seen and I don't recall another beer whose color was such a crystal golden hue. I'm not normally a weiss beer fan, but the citrus flavors, after allowing to breath for a while make this beer a nice taster.

Much like 10, 11 has the same type head and coloring. The flavor and aromas are a bit more light and fruity...but only slightly. The flavor also hides (quite well) the suprising alcohol punch that 11 carries.
