  By far the best Labatt's has to offer and was a favorite of mine many years ago, and still is to this day.

  Definitly not a stout for everyone, but that's o.k... It just means more Guiness for me! Stay away from the bottled version, the can (imported) is a better choice. However, by far this is a stout that should be pulled from your local establishment to taste its true charm. If you find a local pub that serves a lot of Guiness you won't encounter the metalic taste that another poster mentioned. The only times I have ever experienced this were from restaurants or pubs that obviously didn't sell much Guiness (and shouldn't have been serving it) and obviously had been sitting for awhile.
