For the money a great beer, it gives a good buzz.

There are some beers that I will buy when funds are low, Millers, PBR or even Stroths. However The makers of Budweiser seem to think their beer is so beloved Americans will pay a lot for it. I think it is way over priced for what it is. That is why I only buy it when I have no choice. For a buck or two more I can get Bass Ale or Moose Head etc. So why spend the money.

This is a great tasting beer. Though after learning that Coors owns the company now I may quit buying it.

I agree with several others this is more of an Ale than a lager, I find it very close in taste and appearance to Bass Ale. If I find them around the same price at the store, I will opt for the Bass everytime. But this is still a pretty good beer
