    Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

I just picked up a mixed sampler pack from Ybor brewing and this will be the first product I try from these guys; being that it was very hot today, I decided to go ahead a drink this Summertime brew. The aroma is slightly sweet with some actual decent maltiness coming through with some fresh grain and hay aromas and is very refreshing. The appearance is a very pale, golden yellow with a nice and luscious head on top that is very carbonated and white in color and leaves nice lacing on the glass and is similar to what you would expect from a solid blonde ale. The mouthfeel is very light-bodied and crisp but watery with some weak malty complexity with some very faint hoppy bite with a palate that is thin but wet-like. The flavor is malty sweet with some slight sour coming through with an aftertaste that is very refreshing as well as grainy with some hay overtones with a finish that is a thirst-quencher but a bit thin and watery. Overall, a typical pils here and would be good on a very hot and humid Summer day in Miami Beach, Florida; recommended brew here for the Summer months and beats any mass-produced American swiller for sure.
