Lowground is a beautiful 4.7% Premium Pale Lager inspired by Czech, German, and American lager traditions, crafted with Weyermann Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt, and a small split of AZ grown Sonoran White Wheat, Carabohemian, and Carahell. It’s hopped in the kettle to a dependable and lightly aromatic 33IBU using choice Czech grown Saaz and Oregon grown Willamette hops offering a light, bright, grassy, eucalyptus element to complement a crackly, crackery, sourdough crust malt experience. We were able to Krausen and spund this clean, golden beauty to a nice, high, and spritzy level of natural carbonation and lagered several weeks before filtering to full clarity.
