Juniper Berry and Lime Saison Gin and Juice - a saison styled beer with Juniper berries and lime, to play off a Gin and Tonic - with obvious inspiration from Snoop Dogg. Juniper aromatics fill the air with first pour. The pallet is crisp and dry, with tart, resinous piney notes and hints of citrus from the juniper, and a slightly sour finish of the lime to balance it out.
