Aged for over a year in red wine barrels, locally grown whole plums were added to the barrels then aged on oak for several more months. Slight aromatics of plums and acidity lent from this juicy fruit compliments the complex fruity and funky aromatics of our Wild Sour that are produced with brettanomyces during oak aging.
