transparent bright golden colour, little foam with big bubbles, strong herbal and buttery aroma, sweet and full-bodied, oily, moderate bitterness, malty, cookie-like finish

This is a hit or miss brau as it is not pasturized-when you can get a fresh batch, I just did (lucky boy!), you could pour this brau in any biergarten in Deutschland and get smiles. A hard lager with balance on maltz and hops, it is a top of the line daily drinker. "mit dem malzartigen Charakten"-yep that is it!
