NorCal tasting July 07 - Steve has done something that I found difficult to wrap my brain (and tongue) around. Make a beer that tastes like it's had gingerbread cookies dumped into it. This beer really does have a clear cut aroma and taste profile of coffee, ginger, nutmeg and cookie dough. Appearance was midnight black with some softer brown highlights on the outside. An amazingly interesting beer.
