In the search for a beer that best suited for summer, the obvious emphasis should be on refreshment and few ingredients are more undeniably refreshing than citrus fruit. This led us to the inevitable citrus Saison. The combination of tangerine and lemon zest add a bright, thirst-quenching complexity to a lower gravity example of a classic Belgian Saison.

Pours clear solar yellow with a thick though ephemeral fluffy white head. Aroma yields tart and slightly sweet citrus and tropical notes plus raw malt. Flavor gives up satisfying tart citrus, sweet tropical, zesty raw malt. Texture offers fair body and fizz. Drink the life exotic.
