Two row barley and white wheat malts combine with coriander and orange peel to creat a light bodied beer with delightful orange flavor. Extremely refreshing. No fruit neccessary.

Taps hazy apricot with a thick beige head that leaves heavy lacing. Aroma presents wheaty, yeasty and subtle tropical notes. Flavor offers yeasty, wheaty and tropical character for an enjoyable if not spectacular wit. Texture features fair body and peppy fizz. The shadow knows good craft beer.

On tap, with dinner, in the shadow of the Choo-Choo. Slightly hazy medium yellow in color with a nice white head and some lacing. Great carbonation. Oranges, lemons, coriander and sweet malts in the aromas. Nice zingy orange and lemon zest in the taste with a touch of pepper and coriander. My wife and I both enjoyed this wit.

A cloudy yellow appearance with a white head. The aroma contains some spices along with coriander, lemons, and hint of oranges. The flavor is rather sour with a good dose of lemon peel. A spicy presence also exists in the flavor. Overall this was a nice witbier.
