An homage to the OG of craft beers this pale ale will take you back to the days before barrel-aged lactose desert stouts with 100 adjuncts (not that we have any issue with those). This pale ale features apollo, CTZ, and sequoia hops. That creates and earthy, floral hop profile. Backed by a simple grain bill to create a light bodied golden beer with a crisp finish. With a nice balanced hop bite our pale ale is a great introduction to the world of hops

Pours clear topaz with a thick parchment head. Aroma delivers resiny hops, zesty orange with a little grapefruit on the side, a little tropical tang, a little crisp malt. Flavor offers piney and somewhat bitter hops, tangy orange, tart grapefruit, zesty and slightly sweet tropical, fresh malt. Texture presents nice body and lively fizz, more woody hops on the back end. Foxy.
