We brewed this Pale Ale in honor of Minnie Litch, the longest running resident at the house on Wonder Street. This “session” Pale Ale is a lower gravity ale with a distinctly snappy citrus and pine profile contributed by the Citra and Falconer’s Flight hops. Tip one for Minnie.

I dig the hops used in this light and sessionablepale ale. the malt is still just a touch too prevelant to make this better than pretty good, but it acheived it's goal.
