not sure what the process was to sour this one, but it didn't work. this is their second attempt at a sour that's not remotely sour. however, this one is significantly better as a beer. mostly sweet from the additional of sweet and tart cherries over a decent belgian brown. maybe a hint of tartness, but definitely not sour. maybe they'll make an actual sour one day, but at least this one was tasty.
