To celebrate our 4th anniversary we teamed up with our friends at Torched Hop to create a juicy IPA. We used Citra and Simcoe in the whirlpool and we double dry hopped with 1 lb each of Galaxy and Mosaic for 3.5 lbs of hops per barrel. Raise up a can and help us cheers to 4 F***in years!

Pours somewhat hazy topaz with a thick parchment head. Aroma offers resiny hops, sweet and tangy citrus with some tropical, bready malt. Flavor provides piney but not to bitter hops, zesty and sweet citrus and tropical notes, crisp bready malt, a little hop bitterness on the back end. Texture features decent body and lively fizz.
