We built this mammoth Murky Triple IPA on a base of Admiral Maltings Pils malt grown organically by John Crawford of Cascade Farms in Tulelake, CA. Then we dry hopped it with an enormous amount of hops sourced from around the world – Mosaic (US), Nelson (New Zealand), and Huell Melon (Germany). The result is an incredibly easy drinking brew considering its ABV, with delightfully sweet citrus notes, almost reminiscent of Tang.
