This deep amber colored Rye IPA is made with our own organically grown grains. The heirloom rye variety that we grew produces notes of citrus in addition to the nutty and spicy character you would expect from rye. To compliment the subtle graininess of the malt flavors, we chose hops which offer apricot and peach notes to create a balanced IPA inspired by the South. A relatively dry finish with a pleasant hop bitterness will be appreciated by an IPA lover, but this beer is suitable for all.

Taps clear amber with a fine buff head. Aroma yields resiny hops, tangy citrus and tropical fruit, zesty fresh malt. Flavor offers piney hops, tart citrus, sweetish tropical, fresh malt. Texture presents firm body and peppy fizz. Rye-t on!
