Pours clear golden with a thick, if not long-lasting, parchment head. Aroma starts with sweet banana, almost like banana cream pie, and adds fresh malt, yeast, and a hint of butterscotch as you close in. Flavor provides sweet banana, crisp malt, stonefruit, piney hops, butterscotch and yeasty tones. Texture offers good body and lively fizz. Mighty bananas about this one!
