Hazyish amber colour, mediumsized off-white creamy head. Aroma is hayish and flowery. Flavour is the same, but also a lot of honey. Wooden and quite dry aftertaste.

Clear golden with a low white foam. Weak aroma of lemon-rind and grapefruit. Bitter flavour of grapefruit-skin, oranges, gooseberries and wood. Simplistic bitter aftertaste of grape-peels and lemon-rind with a sugary undertone

Cask handpump at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Golden colour with good sized white head. Hoppy aroma. Sweet citrus taste with a hoppy bitter finish. Medium bodied. Nice pint.
