    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

12oz bottle pours with a nice deep dark colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting caramel blended with cinnamon as well as dark roasted coffee and a mild hit of bourbon booze. The taste delivers a complex array of roasty to dessert like notes. I get dark roasted coffee sweetened by malts and vanilla folding over thinner notes of cinnamon and caramel and a decidedly cookie sensation. The barrel treatment comes in toward the finish and provides modest smooth supple and sweet bourbon notes and a warming sense of booziness. Interesting sipper with great balance and depth.

Pours opaque coffee with a thick though effervescent tan head. Aroma yields quality coffee, roast malt, cinnamon and subtle cookie tones. Flavor produces roast malt, quality coffee, chocolate, cinnamon, caramel and cookie notes (sorry, the alliteration was unavoidable). Texture adds decent body and perky fizz. Keep milking them dragons.
