Murray’s Sassy Blonde is a Belgian Pale Ale, and we believe it's the only beer of its kind brewed in the southern hemisphere. A deep, golden colour with a tight, off-white head, Murray’s Sassy Blonde has a spicy-orange flavour and aroma, with hints of toasty/biscuity malt and finishing with restrained bitterness. The unique characteristics of this beer are derived from a distinctive Belgian yeast and imported Styrian Golding hops. With a moderate alcohol content of 4.5% alc/vol, Graeme recommends Murray’s Sassy Blonde as an excellent accompaniment to seafood.

Amber, some bubbling, white rocky head. Almost a dead ringer for the Pale... Initially a fruity, pear-like aroma. A fleshy/stinky/gamey note, but there is some spicy profile and subtle notes of specialty malts... Complex flavours.... biscuits, musk candy, definitely some yeasty esters that remind me of Belgians, but not as sweet or cloying as a lot of Belgians. Late green apple skin aftertaste. It's a good BPA for a warm climate. Finishes crisply, with lingering hops, and a medium bitterness.
