Thieves in the Night is a 2X NEIPA from the Hop Hut featuring Columbus, Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Azacca hops. A bright bouquet of citrus fruit mingles with the aroma of earthy resinous pine. Each sip brings forth a cascade of citrus fruit—pithy orange, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, and fresh tropical lime—followed by undertones of white wine grapes and piney bitterness. The soft, creamy body coats your palate, masking the 8.2% ABV like a thief in the night.

Taps opaque papaya with a fair ivory head. Aroma presents rich grapefruit and tangerine, piney hops, raw malt, funky and sweet tropical hints. Flavor gives bitter piney hops, zesty and tart grapefruit with a little sweet tangerine, raw malt, a bit of zesty and sweet pineapple. Texture features good firm body and lively fizz. Will steal your beer-loving heart.
