A crisp and refreshing ale that derives its light but flavorful character from a healthy portion of wheat malt and authentic German yeast. Fruity, spicy, clove-like flavors and aroma give this unfiltered ale its uniquely complex yet refreshing flavors.

Golden colored with a small white head. Decent wheat beer with a complex flavor of several fruits. Got this one as part of a Michigan Brewing company sample case along with 7 other beers. Probably wont have it again.

Pours out in a pale hazy golden appearance with small creamy white foam. Sweet and wheaty aroma of over-riped banana and cloves with touches of vanilla and lemon-zest. Flavour of banana and cloves with touches of oranges and mild grassy hops. Light-bodied with sparkling carbonation. Mild finish finish of banana and citric fruit. Decent. Not as yeasty as German examples.
