I had this awhile ago, but knowing it was from Samuel Smith I knew that it was high quality (my favorite brewer). Didn't know any better so I drank it right out of the bottle, so no appearance review. Carmelly sweet and dirt with the usual background of smokiness. Smelt very interesting from what I remember. I do remember no being overly impressed with it and never bought it again - one of the weakest Sam Smith brews I've had....now that I'd willingly get more, it's not available in my area. Crap review going off of remaining damaged brain cells.
