Gold color, small head. Lightly hopped, medium malts. A slightly malty lager. Good flavor, mild taste. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is neutral, very-very slight bitterness.

Somthing a little different here; is it a Bock, a Pilsner, or a Blonde... It’s a Blonde PilsBock! Pale, transluscent, good head formation. Starts out rather sweet but has some nice hop crispness that's more reminiscent of a pilsner. The bitterness in the finish does work really well against a lingering, sweet aftertaste. Strays from style a little, but who really cares? A VERY drinkable beer that I'd definitely go for again. Hard to find, but definitely worth a purchase if you find it. You gotta love the relationship to Beethoven too (if you don't know the connection, the you HAVE to get it). Even if you're a redneck you'll feel a little more sophisticated drinking it.
