Rated in May 2017. Hazy amber colour with some golden hues, a warm cap, decent stay and some light lacing. Very sweet nose with the caramel malts and some apples, hops and dark fruits. Rich flavours, but not as sweet as the nose. The hops balance this. Grassy notes with the vanilla from the barrels. The barrel change this Impy IPA, being smoother and oaky.
